Quick Q&A with Max
Q1. What’s your secret to a successful campaign launch?
A strong launch always starts with clarity. Before anything goes live, I make sure the strategy, target audience, and value proposition are absolutely sharp. From there, it’s all about timing, cohesive messaging across every channel, and creating a sense of momentum. When preparation and creativity meet consistency, the launch feels effortless — even though a lot of thoughtful work went into it.
Q2. You’ve worked with Pinkerton Property Care on multiple projects — what do you think sets them apart?
Pinkerton Property Care stands out because they genuinely treat every property like it’s their own. Their communication is transparent, their standards are incredibly high, and they understand the real estate market well enough to know what truly influences buyer perception. It’s that combination of professionalism and pride in their craft that makes them a go-to partner.
Q3. Which property transformation has stuck with you the most?
The one that stays with me is 61 Church St, Geelong West — it changed the entire narrative of the property. After a strategic and deep clean-up, thoughtful styling, and detailed presentation, the home went from overlooked to the highlight of the campaign. Watching a property’s potential come to life like that is always memorable, but this one was a standout.
Q4. What advice do you give vendors before photo day?
I always tell vendors, think of photo day as setting the first impression for thousands of potential buyers. Declutter more than you think you need to, let in as much natural light as possible, and aim for a clean, neutral backdrop. The small details — like fresh towels, tidy gardens, and simple styling — make a bigger difference than people expect.
Q5. If you could describe the Pinkerton Property Care team in three words, what would they be?
Reliable. Detail-driven. Transformative.
