  • What areas do you service?

    We’re based in Geelong and work across the Surf Coast and Bellarine. We regularly travel between suburbs for end-of-lease, pre-sale and maintenance work. If you’re unsure whether we service your area, just ask — chances are we do.

  • What’s included in an end-of-lease clean?

    Our end-of-lease cleans cover kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, surfaces and internal storage — top to bottom. We clean to rental bond standards, targeting all areas property managers check during final inspections.

  • What’s the difference between pre-sale and pre-settlement cleans?

    Both are deep internal cleans. Pre-sale is done before or during a campaign; pre-settlement is completed just before handover. Either way, we make sure the home presents at its best.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking a few weeks ahead, especially during busy periods like December. However, if you have a last-minute need, we’ll always try to fit you in if our schedule allows.

  • Do I need to be home during the clean?

    Not at all. Most clients aren’t home. As long as we have access, we’ll complete the clean and secure the property afterward. You’re welcome to be there or do a walkthrough if preferred.

  • Can you handle maintenance too?

    Yes — Sean handles all general maintenance through Pinkerton Property Care. This includes window repairs, sash windows, minor carpentry, garden tidy-ups and more. You can view the full list on our General Maintenance page.
