About Pinkerton Property Care

Locally owned. Family founded. Geelong proud.

We’re the Pinkertons - Hannah and Sean - and we founded Pinkerton Property Care, with a simple goal: to provide friendly, fuss-free and reliable cleaning and property maintenance services that people can genuinely trust.

What started as a simple idea has grown into a business built on referrals, repeat customers and a whole lot of pride in the work we do. Today, our team provides professional cleaning and maintenance services across Geelong, the Bellarine and Surf Coast, from getting a property sale-ready to helping renters get their full bond back with end-of-lease cleaning in Geelong.

  • Sean brings more than 40 years of carpentry and joinery experience to the maintenance side of the business. He leads our General Maintenance services, from quality repairs, garden revamps, and problem-solving on the fly.

  • Our PPC cleaning team delivers professional deep cleans, end-of-lease cleaning, pre-sale and pre-settlement cleaning, and inspection-ready property transformations, with Hannah supporting the business behind the scenes and helping shape its direction and client experience.

  • Our daughter Polly occasionally joins us too. With a degree in Interior Design, she brings an extra eye for detail when needed.

As a family-owned Geelong business, we’re proud of the reputation we’ve built and the relationships we’ve created with homeowners, renters, property professionals and local businesses.

  • I recently engaged Pinkerton Property Care to undertake remedial works to my property in preparation for its sale. Hanna and her team were very easy to deal with and very efficient in completed the works even at very short notice. No job was too big or too small and they were able to accommodate additional works above the original scope of works.
