Agent Spotlight: Rachael Taylor — Hayeswinckle Highton
At Pinkerton Property Care, we’re lucky to work with agents who not only deliver exceptional results but who also value preparation and presentation as much as we do.
This week, we’re featuring Rachael Taylor from Hayeswinckle Highton — one of our long-term agent partners and a true professional when it comes to helping clients maximise their property’s value before going to market.
Over the past year, we’ve proudly collaborated with Rachael on multiple pre-sale projects, each showcasing her commitment to quality, presentation, and client care.
Meet Rachael
With over 20 years of experience in the Geelong real estate market, Rachael Taylor has built a respected and successful career defined by hard work, communication, and genuine care for her clients.
Trained and inspired by the best in the business — Rachael has worked alongside Michelle Winckle her whole real estate career — she brings an ambitious “can-do” attitude and a deep understanding of what it takes to achieve the best possible result for vendors.
Having built and sold five homes herself, Rachael knows firsthand what it’s like to be in her clients’ shoes. Her bubbly, down-to-earth personality and natural ability to put people at ease have made her one of the most trusted and memorable agents across Highton and the surrounding suburbs.

Client Feedback
“Hannah and Sean are an amazing team! They have worked on numerous properties for me getting the homes prepared for sale.
Hannah is super efficient at handling deadlines and helping coordinate the homeowners to get the jobs done to work in line with my timeframe of going to market.
Sean does an exceptional job and takes great care and pride in the work that he does.
Very happy to have this dynamic duo on hand and I would highly recommend them for any work you may need done to your home.”— Rachael Taylor, Hayeswinckle Highton ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quick Q&A with Rachael
Q1. What’s your favourite part of the sales process?
I love seeing the home come together and presented for the photoshoot. But I would have to say, putting on that big pink SOLD sticker and seeing the smiles of the homeowners and the purchasers.
Q2. You’ve worked with Pinkerton Property Care on several listings — what do you think makes the partnership work so well?
I love that Hannah & Sean can work to a tight deadline and I never have to worry about the job not being completed well or on time.
I can leave Hannah to coordinate and schedule the jobs with my vendors and know everything will run smoothly.
She keeps me updated with progress, and we work together to make sure everything is ready by the photoshoot date.
Q3. Which project stood out to you most, and why?
It’s hard to pick a favourite because all our projects have been different — some needing works done, others full deep cleaning.
I’m a big one for presenting a clean house and I appreciate how much time goes into a deep clean.
But in terms of a final product after everything has been finished, I would have to say 14 Villawood Court, Highton.
Q4. What advice do you usually give clients before professional photography or opens?
Decluttering, getting any odd jobs done that are obvious and could affect buyers’ opinions on the condition of the home, garden maintenance or tidy-up, window cleaning and definitely a deep clean of the home.
Q5. If you could describe the Pinkerton Property Care team in three words, what would they be?
There’s so many more than three — but I’d say Reliable, Efficient, Supportive.
